今天主要是购物, 准备路上所需要的东西。我们买了自行车的备件，电子产品，鞋和袜子，我们从主办方领取了自行车，同时还领取了一些其他设备。
Today was mainly a shopping day to get the last few things for the trip. After finishing our shopping tour for bike equipment, electronics, shoes and some socks, we picked up our bike from the office of the organizers office. Arriving at the office, we got some more equipment, sponsored by banks, outdoor shops and other grateful companies.
整装待发，我们骑车回到宾馆，昆明夜晚的美丽宜人，春城名不虚传，令人留恋忘返。
Well equiped, we had our second bike ride, back to our hotel. Pleasant evening ride in the beautiful weather of kunming. Its called spring city it certainly you dont want to leave that place anymore.
2002年我在昆明居住过一年，当时昆明有300万人口，现在已增至570万，建筑物拔地而起，古老的昆明焕发出现代化的生机，名牌产品随处可见，但和其他城市一样，汽车太多，交通拥挤。
I was in Kunming in 2002 and lived here for 1 year. The city had 3 million citizen, now 5.7 and several new buildings grow from the ground. Old kunming changed to a modern small city with all the fashionable brands and too many cars.
今天早上我们去拜访了坐落在新区的缅甸使馆，那里高楼林立, 购物中心遍布,3年前却还是农田。
This morning we went to the Myanmar embassy, which is located at a new part of the city.Full pf high rise buildings and shopping malls, which was agriculture ground 3 years ago.
但这里有两件事依然如故，一是云南当地人的友好，还有可口的乳扇。乳扇是我最喜欢的云南小吃，是大理特产，炸山羊奶酪，口味独特，在别处吃不到的。和Lily, Aimee，Jessie三为好朋友一起吃得特别香。
But 2 things did not change.
The friendliness of the local people of YUNNAN and the wonderful taste fo rubin.
Rubin is my favorite Yunnan food, its fried yunnan goat cheese. very special taste and you only get it in Yunnan. And even better if you share it with your friends lily, aimee and Jessie.
购物的时候，我们看到一些Jin Fei Bao的海报，人们把他看作英雄，因为他追求梦想。我用手机晚上照的，图片质量不太好......虽然图片比较小,还是能看到Fei Bao穿着登山服,戴着大风镜。
While shopping today, we spotted several Advertising posts with Jin Fei Bao around the city.
He become a hero for some people around the globel, especially, as he is living his dreams.

Even the image is small, but you can see Feibao at the advertising board with his alpine coat and the cool mountain glasses...

今天主要是购物, 准备路上所需要的东西。我们买了自行车的备件，电子产品，鞋和袜子，我们从主办方领取了自行车，同时还领取了一些其他设备。
Today was mainly a shopping day to get the last few things for the trip. After finishing our shopping tour for bike equipment, electronics, shoes and some socks, we picked up our bike from the office of the organizers office. Arriving at the office, we got some more equipment, sponsored by banks, outdoor shops and other grateful companies.
整装待发，我们骑车回到宾馆，昆明夜晚的美丽宜人，春城名不虚传，令人留恋忘返。
Well equiped, we had our second bike ride, back to our hotel. Pleasant evening ride in the beautiful weather of kunming. Its called spring city it certainly you dont want to leave that place anymore.

今天过得很悠闲,我们和一些有在线业务合作机会的伙伴见面,午餐吃的是云南传统美食过桥米线。
This day was a very relaxing day, we met some friends for some possible business cooperation for online, had the traditional Yunnan "Over the bridge noodles" for lunch.
然后我们来到飞豹的办公室准备一些明天出发要带的东西。
After that we still needed to visit Feibao's office to prepare somethings for tomorrow.
我准备买一些弹力鞋，在长时间的骑行中我的腿会舒服些。速度表能帮我测出每天行走的旅程。
Later during the day, i decided to buy some click shoes, as it will be more comfortable for the legs on long distances. A speedometer will help me to measure the daily distance.
我买了一件红衣服，因为今年是兔年，按照中国的十二生肖传统，本命年要穿红色，而且最好是**。但穿着自行车专用裤子，不能再穿**，所以我买了一件，确切地说是大红色的自行车服，正好我需要一件，而且这件衣服很吸汗。
I also got a red shirt, as the year of rabbit is coming. Western might not know, but you are born in the year of the current chinese starsign, you should wear red. Best is underwear, but as you we do not wear underwear with biking pants, i got a shirt. bright red and a bike shirt. I needed one and it good for sweating..
我还买了些其它的，比如洗衣粉什么的，然后就回家了。
Few more things, like waching powder and back home.
关键问题是如何把所有的东西打包，7个包啊，挂在自行车上......
The big task - how to pack everything into the 7 bags, which are on the bike..
晚上，是出发前最后的休息时间，明天有个隆重的仪式,昆明市长要陪我们骑行两公里。应该令人激动，但也会比较累。
Evening - the last rest, tomorrow its getting serious with a big event. The Mayor of Kunming is joining us for 2 kilometers. It will be an exciting, but also tiring day.

早上6点开始准备。我把所有东西打包，很多是早先准备好的。6点25分我离开宾馆，用自行车驮着所有的东西。我们约好7点在飞豹的办公楼下集合，7点40大家都到齐了。8点我们来到昆明市主广场，人们都在为出发仪式做准备。
The day started at 6:00. I packed all my things, most of things were already prepared anyway. At 6:25 i left the hotel with all my things on the bike. we were supposed to meet at the office of feibao at 7:00, but somehow the others were late and arrived at 7:40. At 8:00 we arrived at the main square in Kunming, where the preparation for the starting event was going on.
9点大家都准备好了，市长来了，还有一些知名人士和赞助商。市长向大家发表讲话，并交给金飞豹传递友谊的信件。市长和我们每个队员交谈，并祝福我们好运，预祝我们顺利返回。
10点，整装待发。市长骑着我的自行车，与我们同行。
然后我骑上车归队，踏上漫漫旅程。
在滇池我带上行李，大家都准备好了。
At 9:00 everyone was ready and the Mayor came. Several other famous citizen and sponsors came along and had a speech in front of the audience. The mayor handed the letter of friendship to Jin Feibao and talked to every of our team members, wishing good luck and a safe return.
At 10:00 it was time to take off. The mayor rode my bike.
After that i took over and joined the team starting our journey.
