arrived in beijing my old home.
got my cambodian visa and a camera from fengniao.
It was a pleasant stay at XS home, my dear friend, who is always very helpful and nice to me.
At 16:00, I m ready to take off.
回到另一个老家北京...
拿到了柬埔寨签证, 准备了一只照相机
住在XS的家里真愉快, XS是我朋友, 好朋友
下午四点, 我准备好了从北京出发....

七点半我们在门口集合领取自行车和装备背包。
7:30 we meet at the office to get our bikes and the bags. Everyone gets his bike wear covered with few sponsors.
At 9:00 the trip started through kunming city. Chaotic traffic and a little pollution in our lungs, but we made it to dianshi lake, the wonderful lake south of kunming. Our trip took us along the lake all the way to Haikou, ( mouth of the sea). After lunch, the photoshooting for media and press started and took several hours. The images will be posted as soon as i get them.
Being exhausted from the photoshooting, we still had to ride back, all the way to the office.
Only 6 of us, were able to join the training as Feibao, the leader and one member had a meeting with the media for an interview. Lucky them..
九点半训练之旅从昆明城内开始。交通拥挤，空气有点小污染，但我们向滇池骑去，她是昆明城南最美的湖。我们沿着湖来到海口镇。吃完午餐，照相和媒体发布用去几个小时。等我拿到照片就会发上来。尽管应付了发布会，很累，但我们还要原路骑回。这次只有我们6个，因为FEIBAO和另一个成员在和媒体开会并接受采访，他们真幸运......
Besides us- the guys in the blue sponsor costume- another 11 volunteers from kunming joined us and we spend a peaceful day with relaxing bikes, easy chat and soft massage on our butts at the speed reduction bumps. Back at the office, almost everyone of us, could not deny the pain on our butt. Of course it should hurt a bit, it have been 100km today.
除了我们, 穿着蓝色服装的那些人, 是昆明的志愿者, 我们其乐融融地骑车, 聊天, 做关节按摩减少速度对关节的冲击。回来时，几乎每个人都无法否认关节疼痛。当然，骑100公里不会那么轻松。
Thinking, that it will become a daily practice for the next 2-3 months, certainly puts some smiles on our face and some bruce on our butts...
想想，在未来2-3个月里，这将成为我们每天必做的功课，面带微笑时，关节在作痛......
Wonderful sunny day and my biggest outcome: sunburned red face with little pain on my "hintern".
天气晴朗, 我的最大收获是: 阳光曝晒后的红红脸蛋和微微作痛的臀部...

到了北京，俺原来的家。
取得柬埔寨签证, 从“蜂鸟”网站得到一部照相机。
住在小孙家里真愉快, 小孙是我的亲密朋友，待我情同手足。
下午四点, 我准备起飞了。 -

九点整，旅程从穿越昆明市区开始。交通混乱，空气轻度污染，肺有些受不了，但我们还是成功地骑到了滇池，就是昆明城南那座风光美丽的湖。沿湖一路骑到了Haikou（意为海的嘴巴）。在那里吃过午饭后开始接受媒体拍照，一照就是好几个小时！等我到时候拿到这些图片后，就立刻贴到网上来。
这相照得人很累，而我们还要沿来路返回，一直骑到办公室。
这回骑行训练只有我们6个人，因为飞豹队长和另一名队员在别处与媒体见面，接受采访。他们真幸运，不像我们这样折腾......
